We make three kinds. Partial dentures replace a few missing teeth and clip discreetly onto the ones you still have. Complete dentures replace a full upper or lower arch. And implant-retained dentures combine the two ideas - the comfort of a denture with the stability of implants holding it firmly in place. At your consultation we'll talk through which suits your teeth, your bite and your budget.

That's exactly what the fitting process is for. Because your dentures are designed from digital scans and made in our own on-site lab, we can get the shade, shape and fit right for your mouth rather than settling for "close enough". Modern dentures are a long way from the old "false teeth" stereotype - well-made ones look natural and, once you've adjusted, feel secure when you eat and speak.

Removable dentures are straightforward to care for: take them out to clean daily, brush them with a soft brush and denture cleaner rather than ordinary toothpaste, and leave them to soak overnight so they keep their shape. Keep up with your regular check-ups too, so we can review the fit - your mouth changes over time, and dentures occasionally need adjusting or relining to stay comfortable.

They're worth asking about if you find conventional dentures move or feel less secure than you'd like, particularly on the lower jaw. A small number of implants can anchor a denture firmly, so it won't slip when you eat or talk, while still being removable for cleaning.
